Commercial
ARKPM has developed experience and capability in the delivery of commerical construction projects. ARKPM is currently working on the conversion of a supermarket complex into a church and storage facility for The Salvation Army.
Industrial
ARKPM was heavily involved (contracted through SKM) with the development of the ASC Shipyards project. Providing high level project management support to the ASC Project Management team. This signature South Australian industrial project has been the recipient of multiple industry awards.
Residential
Taking the stress out of Project Managing Residential Construction projects. ARKPM has had first hand expereince with dealing with residential building organisations in Adelaide. ARKPM can provide services ranging from contract and construction advise, assessment of progress claims, assessment of variations, through to full project delivery.
